Service Description

I am teaching a 1 hour pilates class and all the money raised from this class will go to East Anglia Air Ambulance. Unfortunately a few people have required the air ambulance recently. It made a huge difference to how quick they received medical care. One friend was attacked last year and the medical care she received saved her life, along with her quick and calm actions. The class will be a mixture of standing (sitting option is available) and exercises on the floor. Please bring a mat, a towel or cushion for head support. If you have a band, this can be useful for leg stretches, but not necessary. A health questionnaire will be required to be completed before the pilates class. If you have completed a health questionnaire in the passed, this will be required to be updated or a new one might be required. Refreshments will follow after the class. Some of you will remember we did a class like this last year and we raised an amazing £188 for World Horse Welfare and £152 in 2023 for Redwings.
