Service Description

This pilates class will be a mixture of standing (sitting option is available) and exercises on the floor, with equipment, which I will provide. Please bring a mat, a towel, a block or cushion for head support. If you have a band, this can be useful for leg stretches, but not necessary. Refreshments will follow after the class. Welcome to bring your own homemade creation. Fancy dress is totally optional! If you would like to book a place, please click on the link.
