🎄 You're Invited to the Christmas Pilates Class! 🎄 Join us for a festive Pilates class to celebrate the season together. This joyful session will include a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, with a seated option available for anyone who prefers. Please bring: - A mat - A towel - A block or cushion for head support - A resistance band (optional, for leg stretches) Other equipment will be provided. ✨ After the class, we will enjoy some seasonal refreshments. Feel free to bring along a homemade treat if you would like to try a new recipe and share! 🎁 Fancy dress is totally optional, but always welcome for a bit of fun and sparkle. 📍 This class is free and open to current Pilates participants.
